If you’re looking for the perfect indulgent cocktail, this is it. Blood orange coconut margaritas with a toasted coconut rim. Need I say more? The mix of winter (citrus) and summer (coconut) flavors makes this such a fun drink for Spring.

I haven’t made a more perfect drink than this one. It’s my top favorite cocktail/mocktail to date! I’m so excited for you to hopefully try – if you do, I’d love to hear what you think. DM me on instagram @fuelwithrae or leave a comment and rating below!

Ingredients

  • Blood orange juice
  • Tequila of choice (for a mocktail I like Ritual zero proof non-alcoholic tequila)
  • Lime juice
  • Cream of coconut (sweetened)
  • Marshmallow fluff (for rim)
  • Toasted coconut (for rim)
  • Dried citrus (optional garnish)

Recipe

  1. Shake all with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dip outside edge of glasses in marshmallow fluff, then toasted coconut.
  3. Strain drink over ice into rimmed glasses.
  4. Garnish with orange slice (optional) and enjoy!

Notes

This drink can be made as a cocktail or mocktail – just swap out the tequila for standard or a non-alcoholic version. I snag most of my non-alcoholic spirits from Boisson.
