If spring was a beverage, this would be it. The fresh, punchy flavor of the matcha combined with the sweet, floral notes of dragonfruit is just perfect for warm spring weather. The bright green and purpley-pink colors are such a dream, too!

A matcha latte is my favorite way to start the day, and a fun flavor like this makes it even more exciting. This drink contains a moderate amount of sugar from the dragonfruit syrup, but also boasts beneficial antioxidant properties from the high quality matcha. If you’d like to make it even more nutritious, you could substitute apink dragonfruit puree for the Torani syrup.
