This easy sesame salmon is going to be one of your new favorite weeknight meals. It has so much flavor, cooks in less than 30 minutes, and pairs well with lots of different sides. Here I served it with purple sweet potatoes and broccolini, but it’s also so good with jasmine rice and zucchini or asparagus. Oh, and if you haven’t tried this sauce yet – run to order it now. Thank me later.

As a salmon lover, I enjoy it plenty cooked with just lime juice and a little olive oil – but this is a serious upgrade. This recipe may convert even non-salmon lovers! Also, you’ll want to put this creamy sesame sauce on EVERYTHING.
