Easy Sesame Salmon

This easy sesame salmon will be a new weeknight favorite! It pairs well with rice or roasted potatoes and your veggie of choice, like broccolini or asparagus.


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/8 cup Side Dish Creamy Sesame Sauce, plus more for serving
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Remove salmon from package and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle each salmon filletwith a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil followed by salmon fillets (skin side up, if it has skin) to nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook until golden on bottom, then flip and place lid on pan.
  5. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 135F on food thermometer with probe placed at thickest part of salmon.
  6. Spread sesame sauce evenly across salmon pieces with basting brush, then return lid to skillet and cook until internal temp is 145F or higher.
  7. Serve with your sides of choice and enjoy!
